Post permissions

If user owns a blog he can receive emails from contact form and make posts with any statuses.

What I want is disable published and redirected post statuses and at the same time allow receiving emails from blog contact form.

Is there any way to disable post statuses for blog owner?

Ok, since nobody knows it, I release UserBlog plugin as is ;)

there is only 1 person who knows it, and he rarely reads the forum..
