[1.10.x] Another php error

My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

Hello !
I'm getting this php error :

Notice: Undefined index: text in /home/lvcop/www/le-pot-commun/skins_adm/_adminUI_general.class.php on line 762

I set up a multi-user blogs.
What I did this : I logged in the photoblog as a user (the photoblog has got an index) and ended up in the write section of one of the two blogs to which I have an access.

What does this php thing mean and how can I correct it.

This is a bug in the core caused by having a plugin installed that creates a tool tab when the user doesn't have access rights to the tools ;)
