My b2evolution Version: 1.10.x

I want to have public blogs included on my main blogs page. http://blogs.wineandhospitalitynetwork.com/

The public blogs were appearing on the top right of the page so I removed from there as I was looking for a more prevalent area. I thought about adding the "page list" widget to the menu bar but can't get it to appear.
