My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

can anyone point me in the right direction so i can get the comments page up and running? many have contacted me about that they cannot post comments. any suggestions? thanks

I think it has something to do with Godaddy hosting but someone more knowledgeable than me will have to give you the answer.
