this sounds like your hosting provider might've wiped out your b2evo database.

This could be because they restored an old backup (not likely.)

Option 2 - is that your hosting provider (or someone) erased your b2evo tables. (not likely either)

If you never deleted the "install" directory from b2evo, then someone could've messed up your install by simply calling your install scripts at http://muncherw.com/blog/install

this is a very likely scenario...

Right now, there's no content at your site...

I did delete the install folder after my last upgrade so that's not it. I also think it has to be something with the hosting provider. My database looks like it's still there so maybe I can just point to it and things will magically work. I haven't had time to really investigate that though.
