I want my blog in spanish i download the spanish language pack. I am not talking about the content of the blog but the actual blog.
I dont know how to install it also i have try to change it from the config file but all in vain. can any one help please...

look for the "Regional" settings tab and choose the language which you have uploaded as default locale
