[2.x] Server's versus local time

My b2evolution Version: 2.x

My server has GMT -4, my local time is GMT -4:30

The option to equate both hours inside the blog's backoffice accepts positive numbers but it doesn't seem to accept negatives. How can I fix this?

hmmm, I thought it allowed negative numbers ... I guess I'll have to check now ;)

I'm using 2.4.2 and I can't make the time change to match local if I use a positive/negative value.

Maybe it's a problem with Opera?

I just wanted the localtime displayed for visitors. I ended up using a little javascript.

I just checked on a fresh 2.4.5 install and it worked.
