Hello,
When I edit a post who is greek chars it shows me the chars in this type: Τέλος
I know that this is for "special chars" in html language, but i cant edit my posts. Is there any solution?

I don't see what the problem is so I'm going to ask you some questions.
1) What is the collision of the database? Is it UTF-8 or some Latin? To check visit your database through cPanel -. MySQL Databases -> PHPMyAdmin - this may be a different path according to your setup.
2) Can you paste a small portion of the textarea in the edit page that you are trying to edit.
3) What would you want to see? Do you want Greek characters because you have a Greek keyboard or do you want 'normal' characters that translate into Greek afterwards (html special chars)?
4) If you copy/paste some Greek text into the edit textarea does that get displayed properly?
Please provide this extra information and I'll be glad assisting you in this issue.
