My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I have a blog that I would like to charge people 59p to advertise on, I have set it up so that PayPal process the payment but the user needs to register their username and set up their account.

When I was preparing the Paypal button there was the option to have PayPal set up a username and password, I had a quick look but everything just went over my head so I made a hasty retreat, is there a way this can be implemented into b2e, has anyone heard of it or done it.

For 59p I want to avoid as much work as possible, If PayPal can take payment and register them on the blog I will know that payment was successful I just need to set up their advert page which should just be a case of cutting and pasting.
