Hi,

I am very confused with setting up proper preivileges for a new user. First there are group, then different kind of users and then levels. I played with different settings but no of them work the way I liked.

All I need is a user who can edit, moderate and post on any blog and create new blog as needed. But I don't want this person to have access to any backend of the site, such skins, css etc. What would be the correct user for this?
