ok. Yeah tiny mce is working fine in me. But i want to see the fckeditor. ANyways will just use tiny tnx.

The FCK plugin is a project I worked on. Left it at two/thirds. Might finish it some day. You did grab the correct one? For 2.4.x you need [url=http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=160495&package_id=284155]jquery_fck_plugin[/url]. The other one around is for 1.10 only. If you tried to install you would get the problems you experienced.
But for regular use I still recommend TinyMCE.
I also have - somewhere - lying around a plugin for the Yahoo editor. That one is dead slow in the Dashboard but I was quit pleased with it in comments. For that plugin I'm waiting for a new release by Yahoo.
