I use one of my blogs in conjunction with my affiliate store to get out new offers quickly, so I'm frequently making new posts. At first, it wasn't a problem, because it took me a while to get everything ready for a new post.

Now, I've developed a level of proficiency, and I'm getting the "Slow Down Cowboy" message a good bit.

It would be neat to have a feature that would make you wait 5 minutes 30 seconds (or configurable) between posts so you can avoid the alert, OR "Elapsed time since your last post is....with the elapsed time".

I think I could also set up a schedule to send out the posts, but I don't want to delay them.

I could also look at the time of the last post, but I want to be lazier than that!

Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.
