I was wondering how to configure the comment options. I want to add more text forms on it.

How to add more text form on the comment page of each post or on a certain blog only? not all on the blogs associated with one account.

Ideally you;d use a plugin, if not then you need to hack skins/_item_comment_form.inc.php ... oh, and probably htsrv/comment_post.php ... or whatever it's called
