My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I am a noob at making blogs and this is the first one I am doing, its for a radio station. I am trying to move the home and chatroom button from the top of the banner so they sit to the right of the contact,home, and log in button. How would I do something like, your help would be really appreciated.
