My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi, I'm try to deal with a 'max_user_connections' issue on my site and found a couple threads here and via google searches that mention changing mysql_pconnect to mysql_connect. I assumed I would find this in the config files, but have had no luck locating it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction or perhaps have other suggestions for dealing with this issue?
