trouble installing b2evolution

My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hello, everyone. I'm setting up my first blog, but I've run into a problem installing b2evolution. I filled out all fields in the base configuration page (http://www.oboedrew.com/blog/install/index.php), double-checked to make sure everything is accurate, clicked "update config file," but then the computer just sits there for a long time and finally gives me the message "Safari could not open the page http://www.oboedrew.com/blog/install/index.php because the server is not responding."

Any ideas?

Hi, Drew. I'm pretty new to b2evolution myself, but a couple of quick thoughts for you... Are you sure your host supports php? And if it does, perhaps there was a problem with their server. Have you tried again? Or tried with a different browser?
