My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hello,

I've installed b2evolution including the dutch locale. When I create a blog with language setting=dutch and opening this blog it shows me a completely empty page.

Here's what I did:
1. Create a MySQL database
2. Copy installer files to the server
3. copy dutch locale files to the server
4. changed write/read access according to installation instructions
5. changed _locales.php: $allow_po_extraction = 1
6. ran b2evo installer
7. login to adminUI, extract dutch locale files
8. create a new log with language=dutch

Did I miss anything?
