I am asking here for information on how to get started - I did review the sticky on this thread but I need to know where to start to do this.

For example would I take the evocamp and use that as a model to follow to learm how to make my own by look at a existing one.

If the answer is yes to above then one need to ask what file do I start with to get started.

And is there anything I have to do in the backend admin to get it into the backend once i have one built.

2) I normally start with style.css
3) Yes you need to install it ( admin > global settings > skin install )

THat is where I will be starting on the skins design and trasation to that point in my project.

I will let you know how I am making out over the next few weeks.
