My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I am desperately trying to find a blog that I can embed into a frame or table in an existing layout. I know what I want my site to look like, and it looks that way already.
I dont want a blog that forces me to use their weblayout for my entire site. I just want a way for a variety of users to make blog like updates without having to know web coding.... kind of idiot proof it if you will :)
Can I do this with B2???
