Blog settings -> pick a blog -> Features -> New feedback status

By the way I'm sure this has been covered many times already, so as you come across more questions please avail yourself of the [url=http://forums.b2evolution.net/search.php]rather awesome search feature[/url], where "rather awesome" means "sometimes it'll find stuff right away but most of the time it seems like it's telling you every post ever made is about your search but eventually it'll find something appropriate". Or something like that.
