Click preview... it detected the ":P" in the middle of the string and replaced it by a :) smile ... thus the video is not shown coz the tag is broken...
think emotion should never apply to these kind of special tag?
I'll move this to the regular support forum because this isn't really a bug. It is a normal part of having multiple renderers that (a) have to go in some order and (b) might conflict.
You can do a couple of things to take care of this. First is disable the smilies plugin for a post where this happens to happen (uncheck the box when posting). Second is to re-do your plugin priorities so that videoplug plugin comes before smilies plug in. The second one isn't as easy as it sounds, so I always just do the first one.
