My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi,

I had a question about the b2evolution licensing agreement. I was wondering if we can modify the login screen someway. I think it might be confusing for users if I sent them to a login page and only had the b2evolution logo there. I was wondering if I could place my own logo somewhere on the page and perhaps use a b2evolution logo if it exists that says "blogs powered by b2evolution" on the bottom of the login screen.

Also, I'd like to modify the links on the bottom of the page so that contact question/concerns are directed to me.

Is this all possible under the licensing agreement?
