My b2evolution Version: 1.9.x

Hello,

being very satisfied still using b2evolution 1.9.2 I now would like to add some text below the headline "Comments, Trackbacks, Pingbacks:" or directly before the comments box. I would like to tell my visitors, that the comment-function is moderated... something like that.

Does anybody have a quick tipp how to do so?
