My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hello. Upgraded blogs to 3.3 and kind of wished I hadn't. ;)

When I go to widgets to move them up and down, I can see the arrows associated with each widget on screen for a second or two, then they are overwritten with white so they become inaccessible.

I tried two different blog installations thinking maybe a setting was wrong in one of them but they both overwrite the arrows for moving the widgets up and down in the list.
