My b2evolution Version: 3.3.0-rc1 released on 07/12/09

I am running a multi blog with 3.3.0-rc1 released on 07/12/09

I can not get the User/Groups rights to work
I have changed the rights several different ways and I can not get it to allow the users to post and edit their own post. I've even checked every right on the tab.

It was like this before I upgraded to 3.3.0-rc1 released on 07/12/09

Frustrated!!!!
