Home page not the blog page

My b2evolution Version: 3.3.1
Hi everyone. I'm trying to build a site with a blog and using b2evolution.
I now have a home and contact link in the menu and can post messages in the blog. They shownup in the first page of my site.
But the first page of my site i wanna be like a welcome page and the blog page as a second link in the menu, and then an about page and at last the contact page.

How do i change this ? I can add a static page but this won't show up as my first page when you visit my site. This will work for the about page but not the first page. I think.
Or can i put a post on my blog that stay's on the first place on the list. Like a welcome post ?

The easiest thing would be to set up a blog "all" that aggregates your other blogs.

So at the least, you'll have 2 blogs. one that aggregates the 2nd one (or 3rd and 4th, etc).

Create a blog and then go to the advanced tab in blog settings and see the option to "aggregate"

I think i keep the blog page as the home page of the site.
Now i created a second blog. But is it possible to add this second blog to the menu of my first blog ? So i have two blogs on my site, with one menu ?
What i wanna make is this

Home (the first blog)
News (news posts)
About
Contact
Links

So maybe it's better to make the news not a second blog but use the first blog and then use a category news.
But how do i then make this link in the menu for the news page ?
