Referable detail:
- From my test all system of email cannot send to owner blog.
- I have some knowledge about joomla CMS when it about email that setup at Global Configuration > Server > Mail Settings > Mailer > SMTP Server (referable joomla) but i don't know set in b2evolution CMS.

Make a test install of b2evo 3.x and try to send emails. You should also enable debuging there. Post the results you'll get.

You can make a test install without messing up the production blog. Just use either another DB or table prefix and install it http://blogtika.com/test_b2evo_install/ or any other hard-to-guess directory.

Regarding the debug, what value do you have in conf/_locales.php for $db_config['connection_charset'] ?
You may also try with $debug = 2;

- My $db_config['connection_charset'] is utf-8.
- Now, i setup test system follow you at http://blogtika.com/test/ (Maybe use time for upload 3.x)

It should be utf8, not utf-8

BTW on test install select English (utf-8) as default locale

- Ok i'm upload b2evo to folder test. And select eng utf-8 after load finish.

- Now i install finish.
- But email system cannot send when i click contact link. And on send email when post feedback.

Install
- I select UTF-8 when install 3.x b2evolution.

Cannot use email
- I install new version 3.x today at http://www.blogtika.com/test/
- After test send email by click contact link. After click send message system show "Your message has been sent.".
- When i check at my email (i use gmail) cannot receive message from system. Please, suggestion.

- I select 2 in _advanced.php for analyze.
