hi could anyone tell me what this means as iam trying to make a post stay at the top of home page can anyone help also in post content only some of the control icons are loaded the other only show box with x in it

That message only comes from when you generate a static page, which is a silly thing to do and doesn't help almost ever and isn't going to make a post stay at the top of the home page. For that we would need your version number (there are hacks available for older stuff and I think v3 does it automagically).
The "control icons" thing is different so one thing at a time yah?
