Those emails go to the blog owner, so you have to change the owner of each blog. For a while I gave myself multiple admin accounts so each "admin" could own a different blog, so each blog could send to a different email addy. Since each admin had full powers and abilities for posting it didn't matter that I logged in as the original admin.
Hope it helps :)
It is possible to change the owner of each blog? That would be the perfect solution. Any clues on how to do that? I went through all the tabs and such but couldn't find where to do such a thing.
TIA!!!!

Blog settings -> pick a blog -> General subtab: the field for owner is for, well, the owner. Login name. Not sure if it will be a dropdown or if you have to know the actual login to put in there.
