My b2evolution Version:

I've upgraded to the 3.XX new upgrade and when I access users or stats, and try to view anything beyond the first page of user names or stats, it says it cannot find the server. I've also had to log in when at the top of the screen it said I was already logged in. I can't modify user permissions because of this error.
