My b2evolution Version: 2.x

I'd like to add an 'About' page to my blog, to be accessible from the menu bar. I'm assuming a static page would be the best approach for this, but am a little unsure what I should be putting in the 'Source File' field on the Blog Settings > Advanced tab. I'm guessing "about" would be fine for the Destination field. Can someone give me a quick pointer as to whether I'm thinking along the right lines?
