[3.3.2] Best way to add flash

My b2evolution Version: 3.3.2

Been looking throught the forums but haven't found the best way to add flash using b2evo. - What is the best way? I like to use swfobject which uses javascript and then I guess I have to put that in the <head> which probably means changing a specific file? Or is there a simpler way?
