My b2evolution Version: 3.3.3

Hi! I'm new to b2evo. I'm having problems with completely removing b2evo. I installed it in XAMPP a while ago and after the installation, the home page turned out like this:

I wanted to uninstall it so I could try out other blogging softwares but the problem is that when I type in the home page in XAMPP (which is http://localhost/index.php) that same page keeps popping up everytime even after I deleted everything in the root folder. I even uninstalled/reinstalled XAMPP and that same page still keeps popping up. Help would really be appreciated right now since I'm at a lost here.

EDIT: I just found out that if I use the other addresses such as http://127.0.0.1 or https://localhost, it would take me straight to my new installed blog. But the problem still remains. I really hope someone can help me.
