My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Can someone please help me with Custom Field Names?

It says I can add numeric or text fields, but not sure this is what I want as when you add some and then select write it adds the Custom Field Names to the Properties area and not sure how to move this into the content area?

What I need help with;

I would like to have one tab/blog have a form that has 6-10 fields.

I want to be able to define the names of these fields.

When on this blog and they select write, the will be prompted to input al the fields.

I was going to design and write a form page, but I still want this to behave like a normal blog tags, categories, calender, archive, etc.

Or should I try a Static file generation, then had my own form?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
