Hello! Where is instruction for creating skins for 3.x version?
I've seem perfect instruction for 1.x - http://manual.b2evolution.net/Create_a_new_skin

I too would be very interested to see an update to the 1.x "Create a new skin".

I am just slicing up my first Inkscape layout and want to do things 'the right way'.

except for the featured post, I was hoping to find some of the new calls/features for 3.x skins.

I know the dev team is busy writing code but would be nice to have a 3.x sample skins with all the new stuff.
