My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

Hi Everyone

I'm quite new to all this and would really appreciate some advice. I've been looking at various web development software tools both open source and paid for and have got very confused. I'd love to know how what experienced users would do in my situation.... which is...

I would like to set up a website and blog with the following charactieristics:

1) A blog which I control and linked to my own website address (b2evo seems perfect) and linked to my website
2) Website development software which is:
a) Easy to use
b) Needs only basic HTML skills
c) Produces a good looking website - perhaps with some good looking and relatively easy to use templates
d) Easy to change parts of website going forward
e) Supports video
3) Password access to certain parts of the site to people who sign up
4) Ability to email people who have signed up to different services with different emails
5) A forum
6) A cart for people to pay to sign up to certain parts of the website
7) A way to record what people have paid for in the past, and some personal details which they can easily change e.g. if they want to sign up to different emails, or if I want to contact specific groups of people.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

No such functionality

Everything else can be easily done with b2evo 3 and a couple of plugins.
