I have getting spam comment from different email address using same ip address i think that ip too is fake.
what i want is if he is using proxy server like hidemyass.com then how to trace him and ban the ip address that he is using
This isn't something you can do directly in b2evolution. You will need to use other, external websites or tools to trace the IP or set of IPs you want to ban, then you can ban them via the server, for example by using .htaccess
