Is there a plugin or option where users can setup their own accounts with out the need of the admin to create the accounts for them. What I am looking for is a registration link where they can set up their own account.
I can't remember if it was the same in version 2.4.1 but try looking at your Global Settings -> General Tab. There you should see a tick box to allow people to register on your blog and the default permissions new users should have.
