[3.3.3] China robbing our bandwidth

My b2evolution Version: 3.3.3

United States 74.96 GB
China 243.78 GB
Russian Federation 13.77 GB
Canada 6.14 GB
Great Britain 11.85 GB

I frequently seek out the offending IPs and block them but there so many and new ones popping up daily. Any way to block an entire country? Any advice?

I've done that before with little success. I'll research that again though and maybe find an updated list. I'll also go thru my stats and deny anyone with more than 5 GB...
