My b2evolution Version: 3.3.3
I just installed v3.3.3 on a Mac w/ OSX10.6.2 running MAMP (PHP 5.2.6 and MySQL 5.0.41). When trying to display Blog A, the posts look ok except the Sidebar does not display as it does in the demo. The white border surrounding the main blog area in the demo stops at the bottom of the blue header.
My URL is http://localhost:8888/blogs/blog1.php After development, I would plan to move to my web host.
Blog B hardly displays at all.
Hope this is an easy one as I really like the software (and I have never blogged before.)
Appreciate any help.

I think you have to try in a free web host first to compare if they are doing the same thing. If its working fine in a web host, simply means something's wrong in your end.
Did you try another browser? firefox, safari.
Did you another web server php mysql OTHER THAN MAMP?
Try a normal port 80
