[3.3.3] can not click on "email subscriptions"

My b2evolution Version: 3.3.3

when I try to email-subscribe to a forum I mouse-over the login name, then try to go down to select "Edit User Profile" or "Email Subscriptions" or "logout" but as soon as I go down all options vanish!
(tried with IE8 and Firefox and same in both).

This works fine with the all other administrative menus on the left side.

Furthermore it would make much sense to me to JUST CLICK on the login name and then have 2 tabs: "User profile" and "subscriptions". Currently I only get User profile.
[I needed hours to figure out how to email-subscribe!!!]
Did anyone do the 2 tabs or similar already? Or is there a widget where one can email subscribe (e.g. in the RSS section)?

*** UPDATE ***: This is skin dependent and this problem only may come up if you use any Rev. 2 Skin on a Rev. 3 Board. The solution is to update the CSS header: http://manual.b2evolution.net/Upgrade_from_2.x_to_3.x#Javascript_for_the_menu

Can you attach a screenshot please? I don't understand what you are talking about.

That's actually a good idea to make tabs in user profile, there's no such plugin AFAIK.

Backoffice is already tabbed in b2vo 4 (although I haven't found subscriptions tab). We are talking about frontend profile page

Admin has always been tabbed and evo4 is hardly an improvement when you take it as a whole ;)

IIRC that plugin also has it's own frontend $disp, although I might be confusing it with my subscriptions plugin, can't remember if it's tabbed or not. It's hardly rocket science to make it tabbed if it's not though.

So for now I added a "free html" widget on the sidebar with:
Block title: "Email Subscription"
and Block content:
<a href="http://.../blog/ICI.php?disp=subs&redirect_to=/blog/ICI.php">
Manage email subscription</a></p>

(if you right-click on email subscription on the drop-down and select COPY LINK you get your inidividual link).

Now I have - under RSS - the more logical option to subscribe via email.
