My b2evolution Version: 3.3.3

I'm a big believer in RTFF before posting a question. I'm having an issue with scheduling posts for advance publishing.

I've followed advice in the following threads:

But, no dice. I schedule the time, save the post and it immediately distributes.

Can anyone shed some light on what I'm doing wrong and/or missing?
