Thanks but no, I tried the alterations in advanced_php but it didn't work. I can't log in at all now. "Either you have not enabled cookies or this login window has expired".

I can't reset the password either now.
If I click on the password reset link in the email it sends me, it says "You have to use the same session (by means of your session cookie) as when you have requested the action. Please try again..."
But if I do the same thing happens.

Try :
Hit PhpMyAdmin > evo_settings > edit "timeout_sessions" > pick a ridiculously huge number (lots of 0's ) > save
Hit blog/admin.php and see how you go ;)

cpanel, but the setting won't be there now if you just re-installed ;)
