My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

I just setup my first site with b2evolution. http://geovino.net

but the text editor will not change the font style or size. How can I fix this problem? Is this a bug?

also can I change the username and password? I tried earlier today and it wouldn't let me log in, I requested a password reset and never got any email back. So I deleted the blog and reinstalled it.
