My b2evolution Version: 2.x

Hi: Hopefully this is a quick and easy question: I installed B2Evo from a folder http://myhost/blogs so that I could keep the parent site running while I was evaluating the software and building out the blogs and CSS. Now that the blogs are set up the way I want them to be (there are 5 total), I want to move them to the root of the URL. I know I can copy the directory structure to the parent, but I am guessing things are going to break in the content DB. Any tips are appreciated!!!
