My b2evolution Version: 3.3.3

Email notifications are delivered with <p> tags and so forth, making things messy.

I have read that whole mailing system should be improved/changed, and the devs agreed on this, is this done in version 4?

I wold like to change emails for post, so that it only give the new topic listed with a link, can you please tell me where and what need to be changed?
