My b2evolution Version:

I am lucky that I happen to know the person trying to post otherwise I may not have known about this. I don't know how long it's been happening.

A gentleman is trying to leave a comment on my site. He is using IE8. He gets an error each time and sent me the screenshots to assure me he's entering the right captcha, not doing anything wrong.

I tried to duplicate the problem on my end. I am NOT logged into the admin panel and tried to leave a random comments on blogs in both IE8 and Firefox 3.6.8 with no error. So I can't duplicate it, therefore I can't begin to know what the problem is.

Anyone here have the slightest clue? I did a few searches here but couldn't find the string "supplied website address is invalid". So I'm sorry if this has been addressed elsewhere already.

And I am using the latest version of b2evolution.

OOH! Just had a thought. The URL he's entering of his site is http://gregorysringer.edublogs.org

Could it be blacklisted or something? Perhaps that's the issue? I'll look into that, although I can't see his blog being a problem. He's not a spammer that I know of.

Domain edublogs.org is banned
You can allow it on Tools > Antispam page

Ahhh! I see it. I was searching for gregory, etc. but not the edublogs part of the domain. Well, that tells that. Thank you Sam!

So it means that the supplied website address is invalid and not allowed. Anyway, the edublog part of the website might need some redesign. The website needs some new purpose.

Your crap seo links removed.

is that an angry "i'll find ya" or a regular one ? in both cases i could help you out with that, it's no secret. but of course i would be less willing to if it's not the latter.
