i've been through all the settings, and don't see (or understand) a way to moderate comments, keeping them from be published until i say it's ok. it would be great to receive and email saying there was a new comment/post so i know when to revisit the blog (it isn't a very busy place, so i don't check it very often)
ok, i did see that setting. it's checked for 'drafts' but i don't remember approving the recent posts that are there now. i'm going to upgrade to the latest build sometime this weekend. thanks for the help.

Hello copydoc.
In version 3 it's under blog settings -> features -> feedback options.
Look for 'new feedback status' and there's a drop down box to select the default action.
I don't think it changed much from version 2, but it's been a while. :-)
