My b2evolution Version: Not Entered

The past week my b2evo sites have been getting SHELLACKED with spam. I'm waking up to 200 emails from spam comments every other day. It's getting a bit out of hand.

So it occurred to me that maybe I could implement the simple turing test that used to work for .9 -- ask a simple question sorta thing. This seems to work wonders for my forum (simple machines) and I'd love to nip the majority of automated spam in the bud.

I can't seem to find an updated version -- does something like this exist?
