[3.3.3] Upload images problem

My b2evolution Version: 3.3.3

I have recently upgraded to 3.3.3 and have found out that users are not able to upload images. There is no file tab available except to the administrators. How can the File tab be made to appear when users edit a post?

They need special permissions for that. Edit the group ans set appropriate permissions.

Thanks. Needed to edit not only the group but also the blog and the blogger.
